Many people hear the word Hypnosis and automatically think of a magician hypnotizing people to quack like a duck.  However, hypnosis has been used for many years in the community to alleviate stress, help people quit smoking, lose weight, and simply take charge of their lives and their bodies.

My name is Betty Hamilton and I am a registered nurse, Certified Consulting Hypnotist, Yoga teacher, and Reiki Master.  I find reward in helping people heal their stress and anxiety whether it be a habit ( like smoking, nail biting.. ), an addiction ( sugar, relationship with food.. ), self-esteem issues, or simply just negativity ( negative self talk..), with a natural and successful treatment through hypnosis.
